I assume you are going to transfer the business fully. In this case the partnership firm is required to obtain registration under Sec 22(3) of the CGST Act. Thereafter you are required to make an application in ITC 02 along with a request for transfer of unutilized input tax credit lying in your credit ledger to the transferee and the transferee shall accept the details so furnished by the transferor of the business.Further you are required to make an application for cancellation of your registration in form REG 16 including there in the details of inputs held in your stock on the date from which cancellation is sought. It is a cumbersome procedure. Besides not all the eforms are available on GSTN portal.
Thanks sir
sir any other easy method for transfer
