Is there any provision in tds....ki if agri land sell kiya and uske proceeds new land ki purchase k liye nhi use kiye in one year...so tds will be deducted?

The purchaser of any immovable property is required to deduct tax at source (TDS) @ 1% if the consideration for such purchase exceeds Rs 50,00,000.
