I have a Senatio of Sale in Transit

My company Network Experts based out of Margao Goa is Authorized Reseller of ENP Company. And buying UPS from ENP Company from Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane (W), Maharashtra. We informed the UPS Manufacturer (ENP) must be delivered this UPS Unit to our Client SFPL, having factory Verna Goa directly, without getting it to our office, This UPS will be used for manufacturing purpose by our customer.

Now we want to know, who should issue what type of Form to each other

Network Experts, Margao Goa à ENP, Thane(W) Maharashtra -- ____________________ENP, Thane(W) Maharashtra à Network Experts, Goa -- _____________________

Network Experts, Margao Goa à SFPL, Verna Goa -- _____________________

SFPL, Verna Goa à Network Experts, Margao Goa -- _____________________

And above transaction is Sale in Transit, type or something else. As SFPL Accounts Department says VAT Form 30 and not Form C, Please help me on to this.

Assuming ENP(X) company will raise bill on Neworks experts goa(Y) and delivers goods to SFPL(Z) it is transaction of sale in transit. Y need to obtain and issue following forms.

Y to issue C form to X

Y to obtain E-1 form from X

Y to issue E-II form to Z

Y to obtain C form from Z

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, but still teir is confusion for me, SFPL ( Z) Accounts people told me that Form C will not come in picture as we are both in same state, being this is an Industry it will be booked under industrial input and Form 33 Need to issued for this transaction.

So could you clear about it ? or does form both C and Form 33 will be their ?
