can we make entered non commercial vehical number in sale bill or e-way bill under GST ...law

Non commercial vehicles cannot be used for transport of goods and passengers as per the provisions of MV Act and rules made thereunder
Can you please tell penalty also
Only Commercial Vehicle can be used for transport of goods in sales or eway bill.

Yes you can enter Non commercial vehicles .
Note : When customer himself carry his goods by his private car , the supplier can provide his vehicle number on Eway bill.
