Is it possible to pay monthly salary to one of the partner in LLP. As the company is very small and has only two partners as staff of the company, what are the documents and procedure to follow to start paying salary to one of the partner.

check whether llp has inserted remuneration clause in the llp agreement or not.. if not then supplementary agreement with the remumeration needs to file with roc.
if llp agreement has clause that the llp may pay remuneration to its partner then consent of other partner is required to pay salary
