OR

a CA or a Tax consultants can recompute his taxable income (CONSIDERING THE CLAIMS U/S 10(13A), U/S 24 & 80C) & file his Tax Returns.

CA or a tax consultants can recomputed his tax liability and file revise return if its already filed.

Dear John,

As u asked about filing of return of Income ; - If the person has filed his return u/s 139 timely as prescribed 31st July/30th Sep, then person can file his revise return and gate claim of deduction if he has proof of deduction.

Person may retified his form 16 from his employer or may take written documentry evidence for the same mistake by his accountant.

So it is clear the person can file his return if he has the documentry evidence for the same calim and the return must be filed timely.
