Hi,

I am Gunjan from Ahmedabad. As I am in the process to finalize the salary structure for the employees of my company. Can anyone suggest the best possible tax structure so that employer and employee both are in win win situation. I mean best possible permutation and combination of basic, allowances and perqs.

Dear Gunjan,

First u should tell that how much u want to pay them then only one can establish payment structure.

Is there any fixed salary structure???????????????? mmmmmmmm..........

First of all thanks for your reply. But I cant say one fix salary amount as the same is ranging from 50000 to 25 lacs CTC P.A.

I have query regarding the allwances which can be included in the salary and also which are not taxable or exemption can be claimed by the employee. 

The purpose for the same is to give benefit to the employee in tax savings.

The best you can provide are :

Travelling Allowance -  exempted upto Rs.800/- p.m

H.R.A

Leave Travel Concession

Professional Academic Allowance

Children education allowance - Exempt Rs.100/- per month per children maximum upto 02 Children

Allowances U/s 10(14) ((i) and(ii)  could be  given for better tax planning
