DEAR SIR,
FOR ME COMPANY IS PROVIDING THE ACCOMADATION IN BANGALORE PRESENT RENT IS INR 10000, SO MY COMPANY IS DEDUCTING THE TAX FOR THE RENT PAID ABOVE 10%,NOW I WILL BE SHIFTING TO A NEW HOUSE WHERE THE RENT IS INR 14000, SO PLEASE ADVICE WILL I BE TAXABLE FOR THE SAME (INR 14000) OR THE TDS DEDUCTED ON THE RENT IS APPLICABLE TO THE LANDLORD. PLEASE ADVICE WHETHER BOTH ARE TAXABLE .
