he is working in a morning collage where salary of Rs.28,000 per month and deduct P.T Rs.200 = so net salary Rs. 27,800/-

and he is also working in night collage, where salary of Rs.12,000/-, and also deduct P.T Rs.200 = so net salary Rs.11,800/-,

than my question is, can it be possible 2 my friends 2 asked night college, where not 2 deduct P.T, on submitting Morning College salary sleep where already deducting P.T Rs. 200/- every month.

In my opinion , there is no harm in doing so. Because profession tax is charged on a person carrying on business or profession.

The professional Tax have to be deducted on Gross Income Per Month as per the Slab, hence the Professional Tax to be waived off either one of the employer in your case. And, same can be convinced to the PT Assessing Officer later stage.

Girish,

Dear Swapnil,

According to me, Maximum PT payable by a person during the year is Rs.2400 only.

As, one employer is deduting Rs.200 p.m. , your frnd can explain to another employer not to deduct PT by producing relevant documents demanded by the 2nd employer.
