Salary of icwai inter in automotive

I am a Semi qualified cost accontant with more than 12 years exp in Manufacturing industry. Now i am working in a

TIER-1Automobile industry at chennai as a senior executive. My responsiblities are variance analysis, Product Costing, Cost Audit records, TDS, Budgeting & MIS, CAS4 Preparation , Overhead allocation , Inventory valuation etc and

Now i am getting 3.60 Lakhs only and my experience in this company is 4.5 years.

Can any one tell me this package is at par with the industry standards
