A salaried person (a professor in a college) was filing his ITR for his salary income but now for 1 year 2016-17 he didn't worked with the institution and didnt received any salary income. But he undertook a project with UGC for which he received some amount in year 2017-18...so what will be procedure for filing return and under which head...!!???
