Hello All,
Our prevoise employer did not pay us salary for last six months of finanical year 2010-2011. They are keep saying that company is in financial problem and we will pay your salary once we get out of this.
Meanwhile they have deducted TDS from our salary and paied TDS to IT department and gave us FORM 16 to file ITR.
Now the fact is that we have not recived our salary for 6 months till March 2011, but employer has deducted TAX and paid it to IT department to make their side safe.
Please suggest us , how can we get our pending salaries form employer who is traded public company in India.
