Salary from both employer ITR query

Respected Sir,

please guide if a person have income from salary from both employer one employer paid Rs. 17300/- by cheque and second employer paid Rs. 18000/- by Cash. both employer don't maintained books of accounts and file ITR4 under presumptive income. employee who got salary from employer if he file ITR can he she face any query from IT department because he received cash salary.
