Please find attached the Salary Calculation Format. I hope this format will help you in calculating the salry PF and ESI as well.

This is like a salafry calculation sheet for monthly payments. But do not find it useful to arrive at Income Tax Liability.

(hope you will take it in the right spirit and improve.)

Please go through the attachment for the TDS Calculation on Salary. Hope this will help you in calculating the Income tax liability.

It's O.K.  serves the purpose i.e. enables an  accountant and the employees how form 16 is going if they save 'this much' ......tax ios going to be this much....

Now I want you to guide - suppose if we want to add some columns in the deductions say next to P.F. for adding interest on house loan / education lon etc. ? should we do.
