salary +commission income

my client having OD account issued by bank via a pvt ltd company and that comapny get paid off by bank and company pay to my client a fix amount of salary and commission on transaction like deposit and withdrawl on behalf of bank through that OD account.Now my question is which ITR Form should i fill ITR 1 OR ITR 3?
