Salary arrear

I file income tax return of one of my client but not file 10e form and assessment done ito not refunded tds and not consider arrear what I do now.

Depending upon the amount you have to take financial feasible decision. if you have all the documents and reasonable cause that ito has erred in taking decisions then you can go for appeal

For which AY is the query

File form 10E immediately with correct working

After this you can request by filing rectification application under 154 and request for Condonation of 10E delay and Grant of relief under 89 as claimed in the return.

If there is any error in filing your returns .
if there is any error.
log into your e filing website and you hv to file a revised return after u hv received a notice from your AO applicable to your PAN card.

following cardinal points are important:
1. you hv not mentioned for which Ay
2. you hv not mentioned what are the arrears and how much.
if it is for AY 2019 20 it is possible.

Usme after intimation demand raise kardi IT dept ne. Ye ay 19-20 ka matter h.
Me esme demand ki sath disagree ka reply deke form 10e fill kar rha hu and itr revise kar rha hu. Ye sahi h kya

Form 10E pehle accept hona chahiye
Aapne uske pehle revised file Kar Diya you so first reject Kar sakta sai.
