As You Said Above You Have Earned Capital Gain Intra Day Trading hope This Capital Gain Is Non Speculative Than You have to Filed ITR 2 And If it is Speculative Than You Have To File ITR 4 and Speculative Business Pofit Show Under Business Income

ITR - 2 will be applicable. For the purpose of capital gains computation, we need to consider all the purchases & sales.
