Salary & business income

Hello!

I derive income both from salary and from freelancing (which i treat as a business as i am not the who is providing the service). But the amount gets credited into my account (same account as my salary gets credited) i transfer 95% to the guy who actually does the work who supposedly is my brother.

As the business is not registered do i need to show it my ITR as business income or not??

All receipts in the nature of income need to disclosed in ITR.

Whether business is registered or un-reregistered, it has no relation to ITR angle

Thank you, i think i am right in assuming the income gets classified as business income not the professional income as i am not the one who is providing the service.
