If medical expenditure Rs 2 lakhs reimbursed to the staff who has taken treatment to cure cancer ... Is the employer required to include this 2 lacs in salary & deduct tds on that ?????

As per my view.,
No need if it's reimbursed and book it as expenditure account.
reimbursement of expenses are profit in lieu of salary and exempted to an extent of 15000 which has been subsumed with standard deduction of 40000 from a.y. 2019-29
Thnx but sir ... under section 17 it is specifically mention that medical expenditure paid for the expenses incurred by the employee in government hospital is not to be taken perquisite ....
if the treatment is taken from hospital owned by the employer or government hospital, the entire medical reimbursement is exempted
