Employee of American embassy employed in India and also resident in India also citizen of India. Is the person required to pay tax with Indian government? If yes, please quote the section also.

Resident of India: his global income is taxable. Hence the person is required to pay tax. Section 5, Section 6. 10(6)ii gives exemption to non citizen only.
