Pls let me know if i am importing material and i am selling the material in three to four months and filling my vat returns regularly can i claim my refund on addl custom duty after my complete sale of imported material related to that particular bill of entry or should i claim on monthly basis as per the monthly sales.

The imposition of SAD is to counter the local VAT and provide the local sellers a level playing field.
If traders sell the goods sufferring SAD they can avail the refund on proof of sale under VAT being provided.
