Mr. Rahul, you are right, but it will also be available in pdf on this link https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=5769, but as of now only May 2013 RTP is available on this link. We have to wait for NOV 13 RTP to be uploaded on it. Just waiting for that one.....
