Can nybdy tel me if d suggested answer given to qtn No.4  and 24(b) in paper 1 accounting are correct or not?

In qtn 4, shud unpaid dividend b adjusted with proposed dividend?? wt amt of proposed divdend s to b added back to net pft?

Also in qtn no.24(b) shud d interest paid be first added back to net pft??
