Find hereby enclosed a RTI appln used for IT authorities in connection with a TEP.You can make necessary corrections.Note : Please refer case law on 8(1)h of the RTI Act. HIGH COURT-DELHI - WP(C) No.3114/2007. Directed the DIT (investigation), Delhi to give status and information on the Tax evation petition (TEP) even when the investigation is in progress.
