Is Rotation of Auditor applicable to Private Company?? Last year had appointed Auditor for one year.. Do i need to appoint for a period of 5years.. there is lot of confusion regarding appointment of auditor.. can anybody pls guide

yes it is applicable, appointment of auditor has to be done for private company for 5 yrs..... if the auditor is an individual or else
if it is firm then 2 consecutive period of 5 yrs which is 10 yrs
if it is firm then 2 consecutive period of 5 yrs which is 10 yrs
5years needs to be counted from which date ? it would be applicable after companies act 2013 right?
from the AGM after comp act 2013, implementation.....
