A public company and its all the directors comes under the defaulted list shown on MCA Portal, because company does not filed its annual return since 2007.
Company appoints the new director in 2008 but not filed the Form 32 to ROC. now the company wants to File form 32 and all its Annual return.
Can the company do so ? please explain in detail.
the company cannot do anything before filing all the balance sheets and returns.
