Dear Members,
One of my client has defaulted in filing Financial Statement in Form AOC 4 and Annual Return in MGT 7.
While Filing the same I have been instructed to pay penalty of Rs. 3600 for Each form for along with Fees of Rs. 300.
Can I get relief from such above penalties?
If Yes, What is the Procedure?

There is no provision to get relief from normal fee and additional fee.
Dear Sir,
There is no procedure to get relief from such penalty. you have to pay the penalty amount on account of late filing of return. Which are 12 times of additional filing fee + normal filing fee.
