Plz someone tell me what is the last date for filling roc for Financial year ending on 2020-21??

AOC 04 within 30 days from date of AGM, MGT7/MGT7A within 60 days from date of AGM. Eg: Date of AGM is 30.11.2021 then AOC 04 needs to be file on or before 30.12.2021 and MGT7/MGT7A on or before 29.01.2022.

Filing of AdT1 within 15 Days of AgM 14/12/2021
Filing of AoC4 /Aoc4Cfs/Aoc4 Xbrl Within 30 Days of AgM 30/12/2021
