is it possible to file annual return of A.Y. 16-17 and A.Y. 17-18????

then it's not possible because there has been an extension earlier in respect of FY 2016-17.
further it's liable to penalty.

there is a way to file the same but if delay is more than 180 days which is in your case 12 times the fee of normal filling fee and penalty ranging from 50000 to 500000.

but i suggest you to refer to any letter from MCA your may have received.
