What are the procedures to be followed for Roc Filing under Companies Act 2013.
While referring the Mca Site-Form 23AC/ACA,20B needs to be filed.
Where such forms are prepared according to various sections of companies Act 1956.
Can we use such forms for Roc Filing,if not.From which site we can download the new forms.

As per the Companies Act you have to file few forms to provide annual inormation to Ministary of Corporate affairs. As per New Comp. Act. AOC-4 & MGT-7 is to be filled earlier it was 23AC & ACA and 20B.
For the F.Y.2014-15 you hae to filled AOC-4 & MGT-7.
Downloaded Aoc-4,Addendum to Aoc-4 & Mgt-7.
Used Prefill & filled other details.
Now regarding attachments,its size should not exceed 2.5 mb,incase of financials-Is it mandatory to attach all notes & schedules.
Aoc-4 & Mgt-7 is filed by company by the help of CAs.
What are the other form/Docs to filled by Company.
Say how Adt-1 to be filed by company.
Do we need to file Aoc-2 like Aoc-4.
aoc -2 is an attachment with directors report
