I have discussed with Ca Abhilash..Will contact him at the earliest
MGT-7 and AOC -4 can be filed till 31/03 and 15/03 respectively ,for default in holding AGM you have to make compounding application to RD in CG-1 & order should be filed in INC-28 but I'm afraid that it will missed the timeline for MGT7/AOC4 ,but some other options are available to avoid it ..
Can we file 18months balance sheet in the above case ?
It should be upto 31/03/21...co incorporated in Aug 20 so First FY is closing on 31/3/21 ,but AGM time is upto 31/12/21..
Do we need to pay interest for NIL turnover and no balance sheet items except share capital & bank
Ya ,Penalty for not holding AGM by due date ,For MGT-7 and AOC-4 time is already extended by 31/03/22 and 15/03/22 so if you file by this date no late filing fees...
Why we get daily 3 to 4 calls or messages for loan , credit card etc ?
