Make sure you’re entering correct fields — e.g., TAN or CIN or BIN, correct date, correct branch/BSR code etc. System downtime / browser cache: Sometimes the site might be temporarily down or not responding properly. Try another browser, clear cache, or try later. Data upload delay: Even after payment, it can take some time for the bank/NSDL database to update the status. Use correct “view mode”: For challans, you can use CIN-based view or TAN-based view or BIN-view depending on your case.
