My company is OPC. And date of incorporation is 20th Nov 2018. I have not filed any returns till now. Nature of business is consulting. Due to personal issues, there is no single transaction or I have not opened current account showing paid up capital of 1 lakh. What should I do please advise. I have to file ROC. Please help and advise.
You are liable to file your Audited Accounts in Form AOC-4 within 180 Days from the close of Financial year and also Annual return in Form MGT-7.
