ROC filing annual return in company's website
the ammendments provide that a company has to upload annual return in it's website. my query is ...if the meaning of annual return refers to e-form mgt -7 or do we need some other offline form. kindly clarify.

Aoc - 4 and Mgt- 7 is Eform no offline forns for Annual Return
You can put MGT-9 instead of annual return. there is a provision that if you put the same on website only link of that has to be mentioned in Board Reports not need of attaching as annexure.
