Post to the changes in MCA now the annual accounts of the previous years need to be filed through GNL 2?

Kindly guide me. And also from when GNL 2 will be available from MCA.

1) Total fine for each year would be Rs. 11700 for the three forms 20B,23AC AND 23ACA

                       Cost of each =  Rs. 300

                       Fine is 12 times = Rs. 3600

                       Total for each form = Rs. 3900

                       Total fine for 3 forms = Rs. 11700

Total for all forms for three years = Rs. 23400.
