I would like to know how to file previous years ROC Annual Return. One of our private limited company has not filed ROC Annual Return for years. I dont know when they have last filed their documents with ROC. Form 23 B was filed for 2009,2010 and 2011. But now i am not able to file from 23B for 2012 as company's status is marked as "dormant"

You need to file form 61 first for changing the status of company from dormant to Active. Once status is changed you have to file all pending forms within 21 days.

but if i want to file return for only 2010 and 2011 then what should be done. Also for filing form 61 detailed application is mandatory to attach and i dont know what does this application contain
