Just fill your forms 20B,23AC and ACA 66 for the year 06-07,and upload as usual, the site automatically calcualte the fees and post the form to that respective period.

One more thing this time MCA is giving 75% discount on all defaulters additional fee.

So, its the best time to upload them.

Sir but one of of our clients has the same case as above and we do not know when they have last filed his documents with ROC. I would like to know what has to be done now.

naresh , you can view company master data from mca site. There you will get the info about previous filings and pendencies.

Agree with the views of Nakul and Aman...

But hurry up for filing because Company Law Settlement Scheme for discounting the additional fees is valid only upto 15.12.2011.

I have to fill form 61 for normalising the said dormant company so for the the same i want format of the attachment "Detailed Application". 

Also i want to know whether any affidvits or indemnity bonds are required or not.
