I HAVE FILED FORM 23 AC AND FORM 23 ACA FOR THE YEAR 2011-12 WITH PAY LATER OPTION. BUT I COULD NOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME AND THE CHALLAN HAS EXPPIRED. NOW WHENEVER I AM TRYING TO FILE A NEW FORM AN ERROR MESSEGE OCCURING "THIS FORM HAS ALREADY BEEN FILED FOR THE YEAR 2011-12". SO I CAN NOT FILE IT AGAIN. PLEASE LET THE KNOW THE SOLUTION.
You can surely file it again. Firstly raise a query through MCA portal refering the old SRN nd requesting to nulify the affect of the said SRN since the transaction was not complete and then file the form freshly.
