guys i want to know that is there any fee for filing form 23ac, 23aca and form 20b with roc? and what is the late fee

Please go to MCA Site and there you will find fee calculator...!!

Genrally the penalty is double of the normal fee if u r late by even 1 day...

previously fee was 1500 or more depending upon share capital of companies.Better use fee calculator.
