23 April 2013I have filled form 5 for increasing authorised capital of a private company and a sum of Rs. 120,000/- paid for the same. But the form was not approved and resubmittion date has passed and payment of Rs.120,000/- is struck now.
What should I do right now to either get my money refunded or for resubmittion of the same for increasing authorised capital.

A condonation of delay to be obtained
Solid Problem....U will have to
1) raise a ticket at the following url
https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=46
2) Coordinate with the concerned ROC for the matter.
