I have filled form 5 for increasing authorised capital of a private company and a sum of Rs. 120,000/- paid for the same. But the form was not approved and resubmittion date has passed and payment of Rs.120,000/- is struck now.
What should I do right now to either get my money refunded or for resubmittion of the same for increasing authorised capital.
