Person is RNOR under IT Act but NRI under FEMA
Can a person with RNOR status keep the NRE accounts active if he went back abroad in the same financial year for employment?
If yes,
Can he file the IT return as RNOR and avail the NRI Tax benefits on NRE accounts?
