RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005

According to subsection (3) of section 12 :

Explanation : For the purpose of removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that where the leader of the opposition in the house of the parliament has not been recognised as such, the leader of the single largest group in opposition of the government in the house of the people shall be deemed to be the leader of opposition.

from this i have a doubt ....

why they are not recognising the leader of the opposition in the house of the people .....

so confusing

2nd point is as same as third point

but they are not recognizing the leader of oppoition and after that they are saying largest group in opposition shall be deemed to be the leader of opposition
