Revival of a struck off company

Provisions related to Revival of Struck of companies are still under the 1956 Act and not the 2013 Act. Section 560 is the relevant provision. The procedure to revive a struck off company is to file an application to NCLT whereby you will have to give affidavit to provide documents of all the preceding years which you failed to provide previously to the ROC. and if ROC does not object to the revival the NCLT may pass an order of revival.
