revised vat return

I had submitted the vat return for the 4th qtr'09 on time. Some error has been found, so now I want to revise my return. Can I revise my return and how? Is there any time limit for revising the return?

yes u can revise by filing another return and tick on top-right column of revise(not original) and about time limit i m not sure but the return of 4th qtr can be revise easily, there is no any problem

There is time limit for revise return, i.e. eight months from the end of the year containing the period ti which the revise return relates or before issue of notice.

THERE IS NO PROVISION OF REVISING SALE TAX RETURN ONLY U CAN REVISE UR RETURN IN ANNAUL RETURN BY FILING FORM VAT 20 IN PUNJAB/CHANDIGARH AND VAT R2 IN HARYNA

u have to revise ur return within eight month of end of the year.

revised form is sam as vat original return but on the top lef hand sid give an options revised or original if u have to revised then tick on revise and mention original return no. and date and also mention there ur reason of revise.

revise in 90 days from filing date of return of any quarter.

Mr. Gupta,

You can revise your return under Haryana VAT within six month with valid reason for revise.

you can revise the Sales Tax Return under HVAT before filling the next quarter Return.

I want to know that can i revised my 1st qtr 30.06.2016 and 2nd qtr 30.09.2016 sale tax return in haryana becouse i am not taken some entry in this return,
