Q) Whether Audited / Unaudited Balance Sheet prepared by a listed companies which are been disclosed ever quarter by publishing in newspapers need to be in Revised Schedule VI?
Kindly assist me on the same at the earliest

The balance sheet which is published in quarters is based on SEBI format so there is no change in that. Unless SEBI comes out with any change the quarter statement of Assets and Liabilities to be shown in the same format as it syands now.
