Schedule VI shall be effective from 01.04.2011.
It means Balance sheet for the FY 2010-11 is not required to be prepared under new revised Schedule VI

Sir where it is mention that Schedule VI shall be effective from 01.04.2011.............?
As per the information published on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Revised Schedule VI shall be effective from 01/04/2011.
However, so far no notification or circular has been issued for the same.
