Is revised schedule IV are applicable for Power generating company?

I am preparing financial account of a company which have WIndmills in India. Can u help me to provide format for financial statement which will be applicable in above case?

Pls Opined on it.

Hello Prakash!

It's schedule VI not IV. As it is revised and applicable to all those companies which are registered under Companies Act, 1956 and the format of march quarterly financial results are also revised you may get the format from SEBI website.

I want to check whether revised schedule VI applicable for Electricity generating company or not?

I have format of revised schedule VI which is prepared by myself only.

Can u please check and 2nd in new format where i should show - Prior period adjustments AS 5? (As earlier or any new treatment should be given?)

Govt. vide notification no.F.No.2/6/2008-C.L-V dated 30.03.2011 the revised schedule applicable to all companies for FY- 1st April, 2011. The revised sch-VI do not apply to any insurance or banking company, or any company engaged in the generation or supply of electricity or to any other class of company for which a form of balance sheet and profit & loss A/c has been specified in or under any other Act governing such class of company.
