I receive notice u/s 154 can I file revise return u/s 139(5)

Is it for AY 2019-20? if so, you can revised ITR till March 2020, if it not assessed u/s. 143(3) or sec. 144 of IT act.
Time limit is there upto 31st Mar 2020.
You can not file revised return in response to section 154 notice. For AY 2019-2020 CPC issues correspondence to intimation.
You cannot file revised return in response to section 154....
