| According to me AGM is provision of companies act & revised return is required under income tax act , so both cannot be interlinked & return could be revised without conducting AGM | ||
there is no requirement to hold AGM before filing revised return
revised return should be filled as per original return and in place of original return write revised return.
Yes there is no need to hold AGM before filling revised return.
