Respected sir/madam,
At my client ITR some income are omitted (not disclose) in ITR of AY 23-24.
Of this sec 143 (1) are issued and refund amount also credited to bank.
Can I revised this ITR or We can File updated Return.

Yes. You can pay tax and file revised return

If not eligible for refund in Revised ITR then demand of the same will be generated and you have to pay demand with applicable interest
Instead of getting demand from Dept , you can calculate the applicable tax and pay tax . There after file the revised return
